Payment, Shipping & Return policy
At Densen we have a 30-day return policy. You can choose between getting the money back or exchange your product for another. You can even return your purchase after it has been opened, however there are some requirements:
You must return your product in perfect condition. Including all original accessories, the original packaging and the product must be packed as if new. If the product has been damaged or accessories are missing, the offset will be withdrawn from the return amount.

Always attach the following to your return shipment:
a) Your full name, address, email and phone nr.
b) Invoice number and date of purchase (see the invoice that came with the item)
c) Attach a explanation for the return, this way we know if you want you money back, or want to exchange the item
Write an email to inform us that the package is on its way.

We register this information with the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
Personal information is registered at densen.dk and stored for 5 years, after which the data is deleted.

As registered with hififreaks.dk, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you.
